Hello all, I’m new here and just after some advice , while out detecting I found a silver watch chain and I can’t identify the hallmark correctly
There are hallmarks on the chain link also, any help in on this would be greatly appreciated.

The form of the date letter Y is unmistakeably Chester 1924 and the maker, B&S, is Britton & Sons of Birmingham.
