I have these spoons and I know they are E&co but not sure of the date .Can’t seem to find any similar can anyone help ?

Your spoons are by Elkington & Co and are electroplated not silver so there is no way to date them although they appear to be 20th century. As basic spoons their value is going to be minimal as there is no silver content; I suspect that any value will be to a collector of breweriana due to the Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries Ltd connection. You may find some brewery-related spoons on Ebay to give you a better idea of value.
