Looking for some assistance on identifying the below makers mark, part of a coffee set with some loose provenance to the Iraqi palace of Saddam Hussein. The mark bears a face/profile of a boy or female. Thanks for looking !

Each piece is marked with the same stamp although I can’t say that the Persian/Arabic script is all the same.
