Hello, it is silver plated, you can get an idea of the value by searching for similar items on Ebay, but it is not much.
The manufacturer is/was Martin, Hall & Co, a Sheffield company. It is a hot water pot from a tea service. Hot water pots, which can be used as coffee pots, are selling on Ebay for £10-£20. A “Martinoid” pot in a different pattern went a couple of months ago £3.99.
