Hi All,
Here is the problem:
Just bought 12 Reed & Barton Sterling napkin rings on E-Bay. Tarnish came off easily but what’s left are some kind of foggy (film?) spots of irregular shapes.

Soda/salt “bath” did’n help. Hagerty foam didn’t help either… Please see attachment.

Any help?

Hello SSL,

If Hagerty didn’t remove those spots, try something a bit harsher, like Wright’s Silver Cream. If that doesn’t help, please contact me as it could be very light etching which will have to be removed by machine polishing.
