Can anyone identify the maker/origin of this piece?
Silver plate from DW Haber & Son, Bronx, NY. Founded in 1902, and still in business today. They make a lot of items for restaurants.
ETA: Here’s a mark from a sugar bowl produced for The Brass Rail restaurant, which opened in about 1925 and closed in 1961. That provides a decent date range, especially given the pattern number!
