Serving spoons - identification possible electroplate

I have four 8 inch appx serving spoons I’m trying to date, i believe they are electroplate but can’t identify any of the marks any help would be appreciated. They are EP, A1, S, Bros, not sure what the bottom one is.

Bottom / leftmost mark is a C. Yes, they are electroplate - by Cooper Brothers of Sheffield.

Yes, pretty much. EPNS is electroplated nickel silver; i.e. the base metal is nickel silver. When it just says EP the base metal could be something different, but is most likely to be nickel silver.
