hi pls help for these marks, all come from the back of a silver pocket watch.

  1. i think it’s Swiss silver .800 and imported to Germany? (the moon and crown) what is these marks means? i only can find Minerva is swiss company registed in Schweiz at 30.7.1887.

  2. the 2nd photo is dust cover. what is “4TAL” and those letters?

  3. finally, how can you date this silver watch？
