hi pls help for these FRENCH marks, all come from the back of a silver pocket watch.

  1. i tried to find more but all i can see are .800 mark and on sysmble like arrow with letters? what are these marks means?

  2. what are those letters on the movement? sorry can’t read French.

  3. finally, how can you date this silver watch?

Firm is from Switzerland
