I recently bought this item which i really like and was interested in the history behind it. It has hallmarks and ive attached a picture of the item. Just keen to know where it was made, when, who by and if it is genuine silver. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Liam.

The maker’s mark is too garbled to make out. Perhaps it will ring a bell with someone, but it’s tough to look up when you can’t identify the letters.
Thank you for your advice Jeff this is really helpful
