Newbie - Help with Hallmarks

Hi everybody, These Hallmark are on a two fingered cigar case.

The first mark is diamond shaped and has RPC inside a triangle which is inside a circle.
The second is shield shaped and has a W on it.
The third is diamond shaped and had a strange type of scroll on it.

I’ve searched the net and come up blank so joined this site in the hope that someone could help me. I’ve posted two photos so I hope this helps, any information would be gratefully received.

Better late than never, huh? Well its BPC nor RPC, British Pewter Craftsmen and the seahorse logo means your pewter was made after 1980 the W is the manufacturer. So sorry the obvious thing is it is not silver.
