Can anyone help me with identifying the hallmarks on these silver forks and knives?
Are they silver? I cannot find any markings to indicate they are silver plated.

They are all electroplate, not silver, and all made by Walker & Hall of Sheffield. The rule is: if there is no mark indicating silver then it’s almost certainly electroplate (at best).
The lion with sword indicates a connection with Sri Lanka.
