Hello everyone, I’m cleaning out the attic of a house that I purchased & found a box of engraved napkin rings & I am trying to determine their origin and material. Photo attached. I’m new to this forum & looking forward to learning more as I unearth treasures!

This is an Egyptian mark for 900 standard silver with the Cairo assay mark. The right hand mark is a date code which doesn’t seem to be noted on this page: Egypt silver hallmarks - Egyptian hallmarking system although it is illustrated.
