Too much reflection in your picture of the mark. Try taking it in daylight and have several tries, if necessary, to get the mark in focus.

The markings are hard to photo it is just the word sterling 925 with possibly a goblet following

Now isn’t better, but I think is german silver, because I saw the “Crescent and crown”.
