Need help identifying Walker and Hall silver bowl...?

Hi all,

Just picked up this lovely piece for a few dollars at a thrift shop. I am trying to identify the piece to find what it is / if it’s 92.5% silver or just plated? I have been trying to find this exact piece online but can’t seem to locate what it actually is, or even the exact Walker and Hall hallmark on any other piece.

There is no hallmark so it is electroplated. I don’t know what its original purpose might have been - maybe a trinket pot.
