I need help to identify the maker of this Silver Jewellery piece
the Makers Mark is a:
TC and it is inside a crown
the mark is on a pendant, the chain, and the earrings and they are rose quartz set in silver
Does anyone know what maker this is?

No one knew in Oct 2021, and it’s probably still a mystery. 
I spotted a silver ring on eBay with the same mark, and the seller doesn’t have a clue to whom it refers. He labels it “markenlos,” i.e., without a mark. But I’ve seen the mark in a few other places with an indication that it’s from the Netherlands. Nothing more specific than that, alas.
