i recently acquired this item. It is silver and ivory. It was used to make Mai Wein in Germany. It appears that Woodruff was put into the bowl of this object and that it was then placed into a container of wine.
There does nor appear to be silver marks on it.
I would like contributors opinions in particular about its likely age etc.
