Cant find these matks anywhere can anyone help please

The spoon is definitely not silver. The manufacturer was J Sherwood & Sons of Birmingham. As it is not even marked EP it may be a base metal alloy and not even electroplated.

I cannot say for certain what the knife blade is made from. There is a possibility that it is US coin silver and that J Einstein is Joseph Einstein of Philadelphia. See here.
