I need help with this hallmark,please anyone!
Not actually a hallmark as your piece is electroplated and not solid silver. The mark is that of the Portland Company and the initials in the heart shape are “fh” for Francis Higgins, the principal of the company. The Portland Company also made solid silver items using the “fh” mark as the maker’s mark, but in that case there would have been a full silver hallmark associated with it.
