This is a London (England) silver hallmark. The various components from the left are:
lion passant - guarantee mark for sterling (925) silver
leopard’s head crowned - the mark of the London Goldsmiths Company assay office (used until 1821 when it was replaced with the leopard’s head uncrowned)
date letter G for the assay year 1802/03
duty mark (bust of George III) showing that the correct tax had been paid
maker’s mark (more properly now called the sponsor’s mark); this is CB over TB for the father and son partnership of Christopher and Thomas Barker.
