Identification help for fish knife, please

I believe it’s a fish knife and it’s not unattractive.

It appears to have a bone handle, but I could be mistaken.

Any help in identifying it would be appreciated.

This is almost certainly made by John Sanderson of Sheffield. It is, of course, not silver as EP stands for electroplate.
