I need help to identify a possible sterling tray with hallmarks

Does anyone know anything about these hallmarks? Thanks in advance.

I recognise a Dutch silver mark in there: the 6-sided shape with a lion in it (upside down). It should have a number in the mark (1 for 934 and 2 for 833 silver). The square mark is probably a maker’s mark. I’m sure I’ve seen the other marks before but I can’t remember where or what they mean.

Thanks. I attached a close up. There appears to be a 2 under the lion. Thanks a bunch. Very helpful.

I now see from your cleaned-up picture that the lion has the attached key mark showing that the object was designated for export. This was used from 1853 to 1953.
