Silver plate / electroplate doesn’t have much value unless it’s something special and any plating loss would devalue it even more. Clearly, as it is stamped “ER” it must have been made after 1952 and normally for electroplate that would be all we could say about age. However Elkington used a private date-coding system and the “g” in the circle is their code for 1967. Give it a polish to brighten it up and to check for condition and maybe someone will give you £10 for it.
