It’s a London sterling silver hallmark with the date letter T for 1894 and F signifying a foreign origin; i.e. imported. The sponsor’s/importer’s mark is probably WM for William Moering, a known importer of foreign silver.

Fantastic thank you so much the top picture shows tje top of the item with 2 other marks, I don’t suppose you know what country this could have been imported from?
The other 2 marks look like manufacturer’s marks rather than national identification marks. Unfortunately I don’t recognise them.
