Hello - brand new member - happy to learn everything. I recently inherited a Tiffany& Co Sterling footed bowl from my husband’s grandmother. Husband is 68 years old so bowl is at least that old. The diameter is about 5 inches, height just under 6 inches. Edge is rounded like tulip petals. Pattern number is 25049. It has been hand polished and I have a Tiffany’s bag. I checked online but the Tiffany pattern numbers listed only went up through 23000 or so. My questions: Is it a true genuine Tiffany & Co. piece? About when did it go into production with Tiffany, I have seen similar bowls circa 1938? Finally, for insurance and resale purposes, what is it worth? Thank you.
