  4. EPNS = Electro Plated Nickel Silver.

They are all electroplated, not silver. If you are interested enough to identify the individual manufacturers the alphabetical listing of manufacturers marks at English electroplate and silver plate: marks and hallmarks of Sheffield makers AA-AZ should help you.
