I picked this up the other day, i think it is Spanish silver, with the star mark, but i am not sure about the other two hallmarks. Any help on this would be great
Many Thanks
Nick

Hi, Di you get a reply on this? I have a coin dish with the same markings and have no idea i its silver ?
many thanks
The 5-pointed star is the Spanish symbol for .915 purity silver. It is accompanied by a maker’s mark in a hexagon. I assume the mark at the bottom is the maker’s symbol and that the top mark is some sort of trade mark.

LO (and fish) is the maker. A Spanish company “Platería López” in Madrid they sold and made reproductions of antique silver. This company closed in 2019. You can find some info online.
Thanks for updating this topic, Mario.
