I’m pretty sure it is Rogers Silver Co. however, I’m not finding this mark anywhere to date it. I’ve searched a few old ads and mark databases and can’t figure it out. This is on the inside of sugar tongs. Other pieces that came with this collective have a stamp in the bottom that is the shield and 1883 H.B. Rogers & Co. date.
