I just won this spoon in a auction but am struggling with hallmark can anyone please help?

This is not, strictly speaking, a hallmark. Your spoon is electroplated, not silver, and was manufactured by Barker Brothers of Birmingham. I hope you didn’t think it was silver.

Thank you. I had no idea what it was other than pretty! Is there a way of dating this at all?
It can’t be dated accurately, but the use of a crown on electroplate was made illegal around 1896 - to avoid confusion with a Sheffield silver hallmark. So last quarter of the 19th century is probably about as good as it can get.
