Any help with hallmark identification would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance
This is a French mark. The maker, SS, is probably Simon Slisonski whose mark is described as “une balance” and who was working 1888-1903. The Minerva mark appears to be of the form with a number 1 in the top right which indicates 950 standard silver.
