Not a mark I recognise but a cursory search suggests that it might be Turkish. The decoration style certainly looks Middle Eastern.

Thanks Phil, would you say the 925K means it’s sterling silver ? I can’t find anything on it to suggest it’s plated

Yes, I think it means that it claims to be sterling (925) silver.
