Hope this helps. The anchor is for Birmingham on your brooch, as an import mark i guess

It could be the same JLM but the hallmark in the poster’s picture dates from after 2000 (date letter optional after that time and anchor sideways), so there is quite a large gap between my sighting of the 1973 mark and this one. That said, this brooch could very easily be Scandinavian especially as import marks have not been used since 1999.
