Help needed to identify silver Tea or coffee pot

Struggling to identify,
I work for a charity, trying to find some information
Thank you

Please provide a better quality photo of the signatures.
A crown inside a shield, the letters F, R and perhaps C, and the letter I inscribed in a rhombus. Am I seeing this correctly?

I’m not sure what these marks indicate, but there are some things I believe we can say for certain.

  • This is not sterling silver from the U.K. If it were, there would be true U.K. hallmarks.
  • This is not sterling from the U.S., Canada, or Mexico. If it were, it would, at a minimum, be stamped, “STERLING.”
  • This is not sterling from pretty much any country in Europe. Most European countries have a system for hallmarking sterling silver, and this doesn’t look like any of them.

I can only conclude that this is silverplate, source unknown. As such, it has decorative value only.

And decorative value, it has. This pot is absolutely stunning! And the craftsmanship is remarkable.
