Can anyone identify initials and age of this piece?
The monogram looks like JCC or ICC. With a bit of a stretch it might just be TCC.
The hallmark shows that it is sterling silver, assayed in London during the assay year 1811/12 and made by, probably, either William Edwards or WIlliam Ellerby, both of whom had similar marks in registration at that time.
