I think the maker’s brands are “D & J W”

Sterling silver (lion passant), assayed in London (uncrowned leopard’s head) in the assay year 1908/09 (date letter “n”), with the maker’s/sponsor’s mark of D & J Welby Ltd of Garrick Street, London, company started by Daniel & John Welby.
