I tried to search “TW” but I’m not sure about the answer, and I can’t find any information about other marks…
TW is Thomas Wilkinson of Thomas Wilkinson & Co of Birmingham. This is an electroplate, or possibly a base metal alloy, mark. See here for confirmation.
