I don’t know what the letter are on either side of the shamrock.
I don’t know what 565 means under the shamrock.
I don’t know why the checkmark before the number 4184.
I also don’t know if this is glass.
I don’t know anything!

I am no expert - hopefully, one will pop up soon, but if it says 'sterling, ’ it is sterling silver.
The shamrock points towards Irish silver.
And the Irish are very good at fine glass. So search for that, too.
It’s beautiful, and it’s the real deal.
