Can anyone identify this cake knife?

The letters EP and NS show that it is electroplated (EPNS = ElectroPlated Nickel Silver). I don’t recognise the symbol, which would be the trade mark of the manufacturer.

Thanks Phil. I don’t expect this knife to have any significance. But finding the markings and searching history of hallmarks piqued my interest.
