This not a hallmark as your tazza is British electroplate, not solid silver. AM&Co is A Marks & Co of Manchester who were active around the beginning of the 20th century.

Exact maker is A Marks & Co as I wrote. Electroplate cannot be dated which is why I also mentioned when they were active.
