Fish Knife identification help

Hi all, totally new to all of this. And I am unsure that this is even silver. Maybe silver plate. Could any of you help?
It’s a fish Knife with what looks like a bone handle.

Hi,

Though the script used makes the letters difficult to read, they are “EPNS”, so the knife is silver electroplated. The picture below shows a similar “EPNS” mark though, as with yours, the “P” looks more like a “B” to me.
