I’m a newbie here, just wanting some help to decipher what the hallmark tells you about this spoon I just picked up at a thrift shop. Wondering why it only has these 2 marks as all the others that I can find similar have extra marks???

Your sifter spoon is not silver, but is probably electroplated. There are no rules for marking electroplate or base metal so just the company name and logo is perfectly acceptable. “Dixon” of course is James Dixon & Son of Sheffield.
