Curious about hallmarks

I’m new to this and learning… please, can you tell me what all of these mean? I’m interested where the spirit kettle came from. Thank you!

The maker’s mark in the middle is for Martin Hall & Co (Sheffield, 1866-1936). The four letters around it are EPNS, for ElectroPlated Nickel Silver. In other words, just plate, with almost no silver content, not sterling. The number would be the maker’s stock or model number.

Decorative value only.

ETA: The style of the piece suggests “arts and crafts,” which would suggest a date around 1900-1910. But that’s just a wild guess. Electroplated pieces rarely contain any markings that would allow you to date them accurately.

Thank you so much! Very helpful info!
