Hi all, wondering your thoughts if this is a coin silver ladle, and what the age might be. There are no marks other than the monogram on the underside handle. The bowl seems to have hammer marks and there’s a ridge on the top side where the handle meets the bowl. Length is 10.5" and weight is 102 grams. I haven’t tested for silver content. Hello, if there is no hallmark it is difficult to say for sure that it is silver from the photo, especially of a recently polished item. I recommend going to a goldsmith and asking him to do a test.
