Can anyone help with Silver teapot markings

As like many people I am cleaning and sorting. I have identified wonders as I can my silver teapot what the markings mean. I know the wheat-sheaf sign means it was made in Chester but don’t know much else. Any help would be much appreciated.
Stay safe.

This has no connection with Chester. It is not even silver - EPNS stands for electroplated nickel silver and the manufacturer is the Raeno Silver Plate Company of Birmingham.

Phil

Gosh Phil, so sorry, I had no idea it wasn’t silver. If it’s not too much trouble, would you happen to know what date it is?
If not no worries,

First half of 20th century is about as close as I can get.
