EP stands for ElectroPlate. Sorry, but you can’t retire to the south of France on the proceeds. Fish knives are somewhat amusing. This was an invention to take care of a problem that didn’t need a solution. People would normally pull their fish apart with two forks. Very effective, very simple. But then someone decided that what was need was a dedicated “fish knife.” Produced by all kinds of companies. But no one ever used them, because they didn’t need to. As a result, they all survived…

… and are now available in every car boot sale.
