Birmingham silver manufacturer

I have been working on the history on my late parents art deco coffee / tea set.

I think it was from Birmingham in the 1930’s but I cant find the manufacturer from the various web sites.

any ideas anyone…

What do you think the maker’s initials are? Am I right in thinking it is GB&Co?

The date is 1941.

It looks like either a G or a C as the first letter and B & co I agree is the best guess but cant find any manufacturer that meets that.

I think that the maker is probably G Bryan & Co of Standard Works, Great Hampton Street, Birmingham.
