bent handle baby spoon - help identifying pattern

Hello. I have a bent handle baby spoon that I can not figure out the pattern of! It is approximately 3 1/8" long. It has what looks to me like an eagle silver mark but I am not sure. It dose say “Sterling” next to it.

I think this is the mark of the Manchester Silver Co of Providence RI. It is a cross with a crown across the shaft and should have a letter M at the crossing point of the arms.
