Antique Russian Fake?

Hello! I just picked up a couple of pieces that have me puzzled. I think they might be fakes. I have pics here of the tea pot. The handle and lid knob are real ivory. Why would a forger use ivory? The quality of the workmanship is not the best, but it is very nice. The interior is gilt. There are 4 poorly stamped hallmarks on the interior bottom. I am guessing the city mark is a St George? The maker is Ivan Zakharov? And the assay mark belongs to MK but that date is illegible, so I’m not sure if it matches the years Zakharov was working. It also has the typical “84” stamp. I have not tested to see if it is solid or plated, but I am leaning toward solid 84, and not plated. Given these clues, any thoughts would help. Thanks!!!

Thank you! I appreciate your help.
