Hi, The marks are a bit blurred but look like the silver plate marks of John Sherwood & Sons of Birmingham England.
I agree with red6’s identification; for me it’s definitely a Sherwood electroplate mark with their beaver trademark. Assuming that the third mark is a crown it would therefore date to some time before the early 1890’s when the use of a crown on electroplate was outlawed.
